Since 2006, eppi.com has been hosting services for a select group of clients in the non-profit world, always with a focus on security and privacy. Back then, we started with a few servers in a shared cabinet in San Francisco.
In 2019, we launched eppihost.com – providing expanded hosting services to a wider group of organizations and small businesses. Our machines live in a high-security (SOC2- and SOC3-compliant) data center in Oakland, California running on 100% renewable energy. We also maintain machines in a secondary data center elsewhere in California for redundancy.
We’ve kept abreast of modern industry practices so we can provide you with the best and most reliable hosting experience – including daily on- and off-site backups and proactive monitoring of server reliability and security.
We are a certified B Corporation™, registered in California. This means we meet verified standards for social and environmental business practices. We are especially focused on social justice in the Bay Area of California, and are formally committed to donating a minimum of 5% of our annual revenue to Bay Area-based charitable organizations and non-profits working for climate and social justice.
